Agreed! Black Temple=250g per boss. Srsly.
Of course the giant floating heads are a pain, but not if you have a mage spamming spellsteal and an interrupt rotation (for the 2nd head). Council's a pain too but doable, just focus down their priest-type and interrupt heals.
