    Default question about bindings

i was wondering if the numbers on the numpad were seperate from the numbers above your standard letters, for instance i could bind 1 of my characters to the numbers on the numpad and just use those instead of getting x-keys

since i'm only multi-boxing, this would be a lot easier for me

but say if i bind the 5(numpad) key on one of my characters, if i hit the 5 key that is above the T and R keys will it still activate the 5 5 key on my other character?

Nope the numbers above letters and the numbers on the numpad are separate keys.

Key list here just as an example http://livedocs.adobe.com/flash/9.0/...=00001136.html

Just make sure your numlock stays on.
