Where do you get decent spell gear for low levels?

I'm trying to equip a level 36 ele shaman i switched from enh and I don't have the slightest clue where to get him decent gear. Theres very little in the ah, does nature gear effect LB and shocks or just LB? Sorry for the newb questions but this is the only forum i typically visit and I know theres lots of shaman love here so someone should know whats available where or can point me to a good place to find it.

You don't, basically. There's a few pieces here or there that're ALL cloth but till outlands you won't find diddly; thankfully most azeroth mobs are balanced for this fact so don't worry about it much lol
