New comp for 4 boxing, to SLI or to not SLI...

That is the question: For four boxing should I be looking at SLI or not? I'll most likely go with GeForce 8800 GT 512mb's... Will one give me 50-60FPS with an Intel Quad Q6600 2.4 on my main?

Also, any reason to take the Q6700 over the Q6600?

My new 3,000$ setup & its problems.

Remove SLI if you have Multiple Monitors. Use SLI if you have 1 monitor. as for the processor you are asking help on choosing... I dono.

Theres no reason to get the Q6700 over the Q6600. The only reason you'd want to get the Q6700 is if you are sticking some serious cooling on it and want to crank it to 4.0GHz. You can get uto around 3.8GHz on the Q6600. Which is pretty damn decent :-D
