A story while I fly.
So I got a few minutes as I fly to Netherstorm to do my Cooking Daily so I thought I would relay to you all a funny thing that just happened to me.
I am waiting for the escort quest daily to spawn... I'm in group but we are spread around a bit. The escort guy spawns on my location and I call out HERE to my party members and open the quest and wait for them to show up before taking it. They all say "OMW" and "take it solo if it looks like you are going to get ninja'd".
Sure enough an opposing faction guy arrives before they can get within range... it's obvious he gonna ninja so I click accept. The opposing faction guy laughs at me and starts escorting the guy. I ask if anyone was got the "do you want to do this quest" thing... all answer no. Damn it I've been ninja'd.
So I go back to the starting position and prepare to wait. Opposing Faction Guy (known as OFG from here on out) is having a REAL hard time with the quest he's started. He's solo and furthermore he seems to have angered a lot of the flying birds.
This amuses me as the guy was a jerk to ninja me right? So I figure, what the heck... let's watch from closer.
So I follow the guy... not helping at all (which I would have if he hadn't ninja'd... just to make the quest finish faster). I make a general nucense of myself just standing ontop of his mob and what not.
Long story short... he finishes the quest and... wait for it... I GET A COMPLETED OUT OF IT. Yep.. you guessed it... I HAD gotten the quest and the OFG FINISHED it for me.
I /thank'd him and then /lol'd a few times... and flew off...
That was satisfying.
