Thread: Warrior/Paladin

    Default Warrior/Paladin

So I had way too much time over the weekend and was trying a warrior/paladin dual combo. I imagine that this could be a very fascinating combo, envisioning a fury warrior and a holy or retr paladin blasting through a BG.

I am still at the infancy of this duo and everything feels a tad clumsy at the moment so, if you have any advice under your sleeves, please let them out. I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks, O.

Well, since warriors can charge, I'd run with a prot warr and drive with the warrior when doing PvE. For PvP I'd use the warrior as my pet and drive with the paladin as holy specced!

    Warrior + Paladin.

For dual melee, you could use CTM (Click to Move) + IWT (Interact With Target), in PvP.
Or you can drive with one, and follow with the other and over run the target, probably more so for PvE.

I would likely run Fury + Ret for PvP.
    But possibly Fury + Holy.

In PvE, you'll have both the tank (Prot War) and the healer (Holy Pally).
So dungeon finder will be a good option, all the way up... short queues, and DPS aren't likely to want to boot you for boxing (not even sure if 3 can vote-kick someone) with their long re-queue.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

Ualaa: The CTM + IWT works much better for me, it at least gives me some good control. I actually can use it to attack two different targets at once.

I agree with you, fury+retr for pvp and prot+holy or arms+holy should work well in pve.

Now I just need to bring all their attack sequences down to 6 for the warrior and 5 for the paladin. But I guess I will learn that along the road.

Until now I have to say, damn challenging to control them but somehow a heck of a lot of fun too. We'll see if I get them to 85

    Thanks for reading. O.
