I run a dual monitor set up so I have been using the WoW Maximier program to set up my game windows, in conjunction with keyclone to pass commands. Found out Keyclone added support for multimonitors so I downloaded the newest version. Set up maximizer in it, and set it up to launch both sessions on start up.
I have a MX518 Gaming mouse from Logitech. It has the usual 2 buttons + scroll wheel (can also press the scroll wheel down and left/right). With 3 buttons at the thumb as well, along with a Up/Down button on the scroll wheel.
Basically I have the Scroll Wheel Left/Right and the Up/Down (not scrolling back/foward, separate buttons) bound to CTRL + NUMPAD1-4 in the logitech software. Then in game I have those bound to Beserker/Battle Stance (Cat/Bear) and Attack/Shoot. However with this new keyclone those binds are not working (I can press the buttons but nothing happens). The keys are still set up correctly in the options but when I try to rebind them, or bind a new key to the mouse buttons, nothing happens. Now if I launch the WoW session on my own (not using keyclone) they work.
So it seems there's an issue where you have mouse buttons assigned to a keystroke, then have that bound to a button in game it doesn't work if the game is launched with the new keyclone. (at work now, so didn't have much time to play around with it)
