Hers a quick post of what I did hte first time I loged in with keyclone (sure someone else can give you a better guide.)

the way I did it was set my alt to focus my mage and make macros along the lines of:
    /assit focus
    /cast Fireball

Thats as simple as it gets for macros and it can be supriseingly effective if your jsut questing. As you get used to dual boxing you can start to adopt the more advanced methods. Wish I had more time to go into more detail good luck.

He's asking about Keyclone, not IS Boxer.

For Keyclone, I remember needing to run the games and have it auto detect them.
There were videos on doing this on Keyclone's site: www.solidice.com/keyclone

Once that has been done one time, you can launch thereafter.
In KC's configuration you name each of the warcraft games.
    I called mine wow1, wow2, wow3, wow4 and wow5.

There is a launch button, and a place to enter characters.
    You'll want wow1;wow2;wow3;wow4;wow5 there.
So it will launch all of them.

Keyclone is a rather basic software.
It has all of the basic options covered, which likely make it a top 5 software.
The default is to broadcast every key to all windows.
You can blacklist certain keys so they're never broadcast.
You can whitelist certain keys, so only those keys are broadcast.
A blacklist is probably easier, on certain keys like Tab for targeting or WASD for movement.

You can do round-robin effects with the software.
Send your warcraft keybind to one account at a time.
So one DK with Death Grip and then another, and then another... rather than all at once.

The PiP swap speed (going from one character to another) is not fast enough for PvP use.
But it definitely works for PvE (dungeons, questing, etc).

The mouse broadcasting is rather rudimentary.
You'll be better off to initiate Hurricane/Rain of Fire/Death & Decay/Whatever via hotkey.
And then physically move the mouse into each slave window, target the circle thing and click.
Then move to the next window.
The KC mouse broadcasting actually PiP swaps through each client, which is slow and locks you out of doing anything for a few seconds.

If you decipher the FTL thread, you can set up an FTL assist system via Hotstrings.
If you cannot, then a Focus based approach is probably your best bet.

If you are two boxing you have two focus keys on all characters.
If you are five boxing, then five focus keys on all characters.
Put the wow focus macro on the same keybind as the Keyclone PiP swap to that region.
So when you change from Toon A to Toon B, warcraft knows to make Toon B the focus and Keyclone knows to switch to Toon B's region.

    All will have:
    /focus [target=ToonA]
    /focus [target=ToonB]
    /focus [target=ToonC]

With one Focus macro per character you run.

You'll have an assist for casters that looks like this:
    /cast [@focustarget] Frostbolt
    /cast [@focustarget] Pyroblast
    /cast [@focustarget] Polymorph

You can also go with castsequences.
/castsequence [@focustarget] reset=5 Frostbolt, Icelance, Icelance, Icelance, Icelance
    /castsequence reset=5 Frost Nova, Blink

Chance are Polymorph will be set up as a round-robin.
But the macro will be the same as your Frostbolt.

If your characters are melee or hunters, who need to target their opponent for auto shots or auto melee attacks:
    /assist [target=focus]
    /cast Mangle(Cat Form)
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
