After playing a full weekend in IoC, the only wins i managed to get where the ones when the entire team actually worked together(rare) or the ones where a fello 10 boxer, myself and a couple other guildies managed to to pretty much run the entire show. Filling up half the raid with people that work together and communicate on vent helps the win ratio and having the rest of the raid follow the boxers around doesn't seem to hurt too much.
