Different Account Names

So I realize there are similar posts, but Id just like to get a confirmation from some of the more experienced multiboxers here.

I am multiboxing 4 shaman, level 28 atm.

I just realized quite a large road block though..... All 4 shaman are on different accounts under totally different last and first names...

2 accounts are mine, though under different names, and 2 are friend's alts accounts. So all in all, all my shaman have different last names on their account, so when/if blizzard takes a look, they will see that, and then obviously I am in trouble b/c we aren't allowed to be on different accounts.

So I am just wondering if any1 knows what the consequences are for playing on a friends account, if they actually catch you?

Do they ban the account? Lock it? Ban just the single char? Just slap you on the wrist first time?



I would really hate to have to do it all over again.... but between the 4 accounts, and the sale value of the mains on the.... between T6 and S3... they 4 are worth like 2-3,000$.... Certainly not worth risking. (not to mention 2 are friends chars)

Do I need to be buying new accounts? I started this as a test and turned serious... but meh.

That being said your only real and legitimate option is to start over on accounts that belong to you. Even the account that you say you own but is under a different name could cause you grief in the future.

I feel your pain dude. See Account Shenanigans I just felt the hit of two more battlechests on my wallet. However, I feel 100% more cheerful about my risk factor.

aye, your post is what made me realize. It's one thing to risk my mains or alts, but its another to risk a friend's char. So I guess they get a free 28 shaman they can twink.
