It helps to know where you looked so I don't look there, because the first place I'm going to direct you is the sticky post at the
top of this forum labeled Cataclysm Multiboxing Macros
. Upon first glance I see a Druid Bear and Cat macro on page 1 of that
thread. I'm not sure what may or may not constitute the macro I found as a good bear tank macro or not, though.

For the cat macro, this has worked fairly well for me:

    #show
    /castsequence reset=target Mangle(Cat Form), Rake(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Rip(Cat Form)

I manually managed Faerie Fire, Berserk, and Tiger's Fury.
It doesn't depend on facing, and with IWT is very easy and mindless to execute.
With a 30% crit rate, you end up with a 97% chance of an instant cast nature spell after the finisher.

If you can ensure you're behind your target...
Shred instead of Mangle will be a DPS increase.
But you'll want an initial Mangle, and a refresh once per minute.

Oh nice, going to try this one tonight. Still can't get my dps up to some reasonable amount. About 6k with blue gear...

Or are feral cats just not that strong in dps?

I get about 7-8k using the mangle, rake, mangle, mangle, rip sequence on target dummies. I got the vicious staff a couple of weeks back and that definitely made the most difference so far in damage. The key to sustaining over 10k is probably pooling energy, watching bleeds and shredding rather than mangling.

You probably mean Lifebloom rather than Wild Growth in the macro above. I have been looking at a bear form macro and think this might work well:

    /castsequence reset=target Lacerate(Bear Form), Lacerate(Bear Form), Lacerate(Bear Form), Pulverize(Bear Form)
    /cast Mangle(Bear Form)

Then manually managing faerie fire and other cooldowns. For aoe, something similar with swipe and thrash weaved in. It should get much simpler once 4.1 is released and swipe has a 3 second cooldown.

Spent some time to get pve gear from rep/ah, getting the right enchants, gems, glyphs, food and flasks. With the above mentioned macros I'm actually doing 8 to 10k dps on the dummies now. Specially the gear gave a big boost.
Now just reading up on some tactics and i'm ready for instance runs
