For the cat macro, this has worked fairly well for me:

    #show
    /castsequence reset=target Mangle(Cat Form), Rake(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Rip(Cat Form)

I manually managed Faerie Fire, Berserk, and Tiger's Fury.
It doesn't depend on facing, and with IWT is very easy and mindless to execute.
With a 30% crit rate, you end up with a 97% chance of an instant cast nature spell after the finisher.

If you can ensure you're behind your target...
Shred instead of Mangle will be a DPS increase.
But you'll want an initial Mangle, and a refresh once per minute.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
