Default Boxing Eve off one install

    Is this possible?

So far I have 5 seperate installs, with 2 accounts on each but it's a pain setting up the interfaces on em all.

They all use the same settings etc so was just wondering if I could slap 1 install on my SSD and box all accounts from that?

That's what I do, it seems like some settings (window positions for example) are stored on a per account basis rather than a per install basis. ISBoxer also has a file virtualization thing that lets you have different settings for different character sets.

Screen resolution settings are definitely on a per install basis though.

Run them all at the same resolution too, so think i'll give it a try

I box all of mine off the same install. The only caveat is that resolution settings will save for the last client you close.

you can copy the files to get settings from one to others depending on os you use its in docuements and settings folder/
c:\users\username\appadata\local\ccp\eve\folder you installed eve to in form drive_path_to_eve <- this folder is for win7 othres might be dif
where you will see core_????.dat files the #'s are your account and char #'s so you could just rename them to other char #'s and get the settings that way. Pretty sure that works anyway course you would make copies to rename so you keep your orig char ones to.

running from 1 install and no problems so far. Thinking I need more RAM now as 6gb seems to struggle with more than 5 instances
