Connect button won't "light up"

Ok, so I'm really new at this multi-boxing thing. I am interested in dual boxing 2 shamans, and I am currently trying to get keyclone setup, except I can't seem to figure out this problem. Whenever I add my two characters to the command list, and go to type in the command names to "connect" to them, the command button doesn't "light up" or isn't able to be clicked. I am typing them in exactly and still nothing. Any ideas?

make sure you get a valid license. keyclone has a one-time, $10 fee (going up with the next version, v1.8a, to $19.99... so hurry)
all updates are free, as is the tech support... i just ask that people help spread the good word.
