hmmm I don't think you will have an issue with the raid0 setup with the ssd. usually you have to elect the drive to be a raid member in the raid configuration tool. as far as the os is concerned, as long as it is not a windows software raid, it will do just fine.

i have always been a purists on loading a os from scratch and i would encourage to give your SSD the same treatment. As farr as your other programs, I would do custom install them on your raid 0 drives instead of the default drive, wich would be the OCZ hardware. Also, change your home directory location to somewhere on your raid.
