LVL86 for keybinds. Has anyone tried this?

Keybinds drive me nuts. I was curious if anyone had tried this software out.

This is about as creative as the lyrics of Rebecca Black's new chart topping single. If you can't figure out where you want to put
your abilities on your action bars and bind them to keys that you're comfortable pressing, this site's "tool" isn't going to help you.
This guy and his professionally engineered keybindings need to purchase a new microphone so that it at least sounds like
he's making some money from this scam of his.

If you jump to about the 7 minute mark of the video you can see some examples of the keyboard keybinding layouts. Somehow,
I doubt someone who considers themselves "bad" at keybindings is going to be able to press keys like Z, X, C, V, R, T, and Y
with optimal fluidness (not my words.)
