BG9 is the most hardcore of the group, when i did a bit of arena on my warrior i was finding groups at 1500-1600 who where wearing atleast 200 resilience, and this was well into the season. Sure they could be farmers or whatever but it was way to regular. It is a very competative battlegroup, mixed from tichondrious, blackrock, barthalis and frostmourne to name a few. All very well developed realms which have massive pvp communities. Both BG Premades and Arenas are very difficult, but with this comes time where you can improve your skill. Ive been with bg9 my whole life, and there are alot of angry moments, but ill often see people ive met in the past from other realms its pretty funny actually. Good to catch upto someone you used to raid with 2 years ago. (there always better geared)
