My mapped keys are like this.

Howling Blast
Hotkey: None Set.
Send Keybind "1" to Current Window
(All members of the DK group do this, each in their own window)

Frost Strike
Hotkey: None Set.
Send Keybind "Shift F6" to Current Window
(All members of the DK group do this, each in their own window)

Necrotic Strike
Hotkey: None Set
Send Keybind "Shift F7" to Current Window
(All members of the DK group do this, each in their own window)

Etc...
And then I have that spell on the relevant keybind.

In-game macros:

F_DPS (On 1)
#show
/startattack
/cast Howling Blast
/use 6
/use 10
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

OBL (On 2)
#showtooltip Obliterate
/startattack
/cast Obliterate
/use 6
/use 10
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

Death (On 6)
#show
/startattack
/cast Death Strike
/use 6
/use 10
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

All of the others, are straight keybinds for the spells dragged out of the spell/ability book.

Because my Death Coil is a Do Mapped Key action, I can toggle the mapped key on and off.
By a Mapped Key state action.
When that mapped key is off, even if another mapped key tries to call "Do Mapped Key: Death Coil (actually Do Mapped Key, Shift F8)" it cannot fire off.

The IWT, Mind Freeze, etc.
Is the same as listed in my DK Guide.

I almost never use the Death Strike (DPS Sequence 3, on Keybind "6").
Howling Blast is far superior AoE damage and total damage.
Obliterate is far superior single target damage (which doesn't break Hungering Cold).
Death Strike is only used after the healer falls, and then only if Raise Ally is on cooldown and/or the DK's don't have the necessary Runic Power.
Which means the team is in trouble and won't be around for long anyway.
DS is not enough healing, as I'm not glyphed into it nor spec'd around it at all.
But with the glyph its a decent option, especially for arena.
