You need to install the microsoft bit, towards the bottom.
A different version for each version of Windows.
And then download the version of the software for your version of Windows.
It then adds an option to your right click menu.
You can use a file/directory as your source, and then paste the link elsewhere.
The documentation on the linked site was very easy to follow.
