A much better reason not to interrupt his arcane missile is because the mana is already spent when he starts casting. Aran is a race between his HP and Mana. If his Mana goes lower than his HP he sheeps everyone and heals. When he starts casting Fireballs and Frostbolts the mana isn't spent until he finishes casting so interrupting those keeps him from using mana. With the arcane missiles the mana is already spent so let him cast away for 3 or so seconds because he won't be doing any Fireballs or Frostbolts in that time and it gives your spell interrupt cooldowns time to reset.
Right and wrong...
Right: He starts melee when all 3 schools are locked. HP vs MP. Mana spent on Frost/Fire = when spell flies/cast. Arcane = Already spent.
Wrong: If his mana hits 20% or below, he sheeps the raid, drinks, then does an 8k partially-resistable 8k AOE POM-Pyroblast to the entire raid; he does not heal.

Key is to kick/silence Fire/Frost; Fireball does 5-6k, Frostbolt does 3-4k dmg, and Arcane missles does 1-1.5k per bolt and are alot easier to resist with the Violet Eye Arcane/sta trinket, plus since the dmg comes in smaller bursts it's easier to heal through than a big honking 5k hit all at once lol
