Have you ever looked at those guides? I used Joanna's for a while and it tells you exactly where to go, which quests to pick up, which ones to complete first so that you visit each "quest area" as few times as possible. All the work has been done for you.
Exactly, lazy bum I've got 3 70s and before I even had 2 60s I knew the quest areas by heart and just from doing them twice I know where all teh quests are and when to take which ones to lead me to the next place seamlessly, no silly guide required, just doing the quests ;p
