I try to be patient, but it's not a strong point lol. I know it's not going to be an overnight thing. All I would like is for someone to say "Grond, train x of your accounts so you can do this, y for this and z for this"; I like to have things planned out so I don't waste time training things I won't need (like I probably already have )
