Spammable Death Strike/Obliterate macro...

Death Strike and Obliterate both use 1x Frost + 1x Unholy runes.
Blood Strike (1x Blood) regenerates as Death Runes.

Trying to come up with a spammable macro, as Frost.
Which will cycle through repeatedly.
Not having too much luck, as Frost randomly refreshes some runes.
Not sure if it sometimes uses Death Runes and other times uses a fixed rune.
Free Frost Strike procs also mess it up, would want a sequence that assumes no Frost Strike procs.

Alternatively, could go with a spammable pseudo priority system, similar to the HB - FS - NS - BS spam.
That might be the way to go.

Ideally:
Obliterate/Death Strike > Blood Strike > Frost Strike

Haven't had luck with:
/castsequence One, Two
/cast Frost Strike (as a fall-through)
... maybe because every ability is instant; this works when the castsequence is spells with cast times.

Search hasn't yielded much.
Anyone have a spammable macro, for Obliterate and/or Death Strike?
They use the same runes, so theoretically could be mixed and matched.

You need to have 3 separate dps macros otherwise it's just not going to be feasible.

1. obliterate, blood strike, frost strike

2. death strike, blood strike, frost strike

3. howling blast, necrotic strike, blood stroke, frost strike

In my case I also have mind freeze under all of them and hungering cold under obliterate one. The death strike one also has a summon pet & sac castsequence. Imo using lichbourne for healing is not worth it but you could add that aswell and spam coil instead of frost strike.

Edit: when you're trying to follow your rune usage you must accept that the first 5 seconds of combat is going to be highly inefficient, things get better when certain runes are under cooldown. Pseudo priority system all the way, ditch castsequences.

So far for my new death knight I started over with, I searched through the macro stickies and EJ.com's suggestions and come up with the following for blood tanking. So far I'm only lvl 60 and have been running in blood spec+frost presence as dps cause I haven't been in the mood to tank, but this seems to pull aggro off main tank on bosses/mobs quite a bit for me. Not meaning to, but it has happened. I imagine it'll hold threat pretty well once I turn on my blood presence.

Blood Tank macro:

/castsequence reset=5 Icy Touch,Plague Strike,Pestilence,Blood Boil,Death Strike,Death Strike,Blood Boil,Blood Boil,Blood Boil,Heart Strike,Heart Strike,Blood Boil,Blood Boil,

It does hang up a few times around the middle and last HS in the rotation, but I use my DCs as fillers at that time. I haven't tried putting DC in the rotation yet, but might. /cast rune strike when obtained will be main RP dump instead of DC.

Now for frost, I found the following also, but not high enough level to get Howling Blast yet, so I'm not sure how well it works yet. You can give it a try tho:

The above castsequence is terribly inefficient, at minimum you need 1 spammable button for single target and another for aoe. If you're keen on continuing with castsequences then at least you can make your situation a little better with a 2 step macro where heart strike is on step 2 and not in the main sequence. Castsequences have their uses but one can't play DKs like they may box other classes.

Edit: if you're pulling aggro off the tank while in blood spec and unholy presence then that is a tanking issue not your spec.

Ok, went with a priority set of sequences.
Three different spam keys.
The first is taken from the DK Manifesto, and at the start of my arena question thread it was the only sequence I had.
The Rune Refresh key, is not built into any sequence.

Don't think I'm missing anything.
Hungering Cold is on its own Round-Robin key.
Strangulate is as well, and casts at the Focus target.

On Down
- FTL Assist (Slaves assist Main)
- IWT - Melee (DK's Interact With Target)
- Mind Freeze to DK's (One DK Mind Freezes, every 2.5 seconds)
- "1" to DK's (Howling Blast)

The Pally macro, basically spams Flash of Light (Holy Shock on each cooldown) at her Focus target, if she has a Focus.
And does Word of Glory, after every third Holy Shock.
Without a Focus, she does nothing.

I have a key to set each toon to Focus.
And one for her current target, so I can Focus someone in a BG.
And another to clear focus.

Most of the time, I manually play her heals.
With Clique and a Grid raid display.
But want the mindless at Focus healing for Arena.

yea, i really need to switch to ISBoxer when resume my accounts. we could also use some fresh stickies on the macro section that's a bit more up to date/easier to track each class too. but this right here looks good imo. let us know how it works out.
