Default Monitor Reading "No Signal" but no errors.

While trying to quad-box World of Warcraft, I can have 4 games open at once logged in and playing. While playing my game is running flawlessly no lag at all on a freshly reformatted machine. The only problem I encounter is within the first few minutes I randomlly get the error. "No Signal" across my monitor. I checked and my video card is running at a stead 40-46 Degrees Celsius. My machine is running Windows XP Profession, and the World of Warcrafts are ran using keyclone. My machine specs are
    Code:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor
    Running 5200+
    2.61 GHz, 2GBs of RAM (DDr2)
    .

I can't find anything wrong except 'No Signal' which causes me to manually restart my World of Warcraft. I can however run 2-3 Flawlessly in the same way, without getting the "No Signal" error.

However next to this computer is a computer with

    Code:
    AMD Athlon 64 Proscessor 2800+
1.80GZ and 2GB of RAM (Crucial).
This computer can do the 3-4 flawlessly without getting the 'No Signal' error.

The only difference is the lesser computer is ran through a shuttle caste that is opened completely, the greater computer is in a tower case that is closed and underneath my desk in a corner. (Which I just noticed is next to an on radiator. The only problem I run into is 'No Signal'. Somebody suggested my Video Card is the problem and isn't cooled enough since I experience no lag or choppy WoW playing, just the No Signal. But my V-Card says it's only running at around 40-48 degrees Celsius which is around 110-115 Fahrenheit.

    Thanks in advance

Can anyone help me before I open the case, and take the computer it self and lay it on the window sill?

I had the same issue along with my issues listed Multiple Display and Resolution issues also no one replied, but I don't mind if people don't have a fix. It ended up Not fixable and was in fact a bad Monitor. I fought and fought for 14 hours trying everything I read to fix the issue but it comes down to it being the most dreaded the monitor. I ended up taking it back to the store and I bought the store warranty. I will always buy a store warranty on everything I buy like this. Not only did I get a better monitor I got a 80 dollar free DVI cable since there wasn't one in the box.

Dont feel bad if people don't awnser your question I assure you out of the 28 or so people that read your post I am sure several spent time searching for an answer for you.

I did search but I didn't find an answer that sounded good to me with out knowing more info.
First what monitor is it? What kinda cable are you using a DVI cable, VGA, or are you using an DVI adapter? When it says No Signal does it also say No Digital or switch to Analog?

The monitor is a Acer 22", I have two, this one gives the no signal, I'm not sure about the other one but I will try it immeditally, i'm also unsure on which I use in terms of a plug, it came with a small blue one or a white bulky one. I'm using the white bulky one. Thanks for your time I'm going to go try my luck with the other one now.

Having been a former "big box" retail store employee, I can tell you what a waste the in-store warranty is for 95% of the people out there. The other 5% are the people who treat their components like crap, and the store just has to suck up the cost if they can't prove it was user fault. First, each item comes with its own warranty from the manufacturer. But mainly, for the one time you actually made use of that $20-$300 in-store warranty, you spent that much on 10 other warranties that you'll never use. That saved money could have gone to get a new (and better model) replacement if something dies after the original manufacturer warranty dies. It's a running joke among these store employees on what a rip-off these store warranties and service plans are - the store makes a killing on them because of the very low incidence rate that they're actually used, or even able to be used because they are still warranties with restrictions and limits.

The employees are rated on pushing these "service plans" and "store-extended warranties" because it's 95% free money for the store. Save your money. Shop at newegg & amazon for items that are significantly discounted compared to retail stores. If something breaks, you've saved enough money shopping online and turning down extended warranties that you could buy two replacements.

Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.

Silencer you are correct, and I agree with you. However in my situation In store warranty's are valid. I am a soldier in Fort Wainwright, Alaska and shipping is very expensive some times more expensive than the items

here is an Example my Kandalf Case was 279.00 and 225 in shipping. So if I have to ship an item back to the manufacturer instead of the place I purchased I would really lose out. Again you are right but in my case in store warrenty for certain items are well worth it. Yeah I really like Newegg and tigerdirect, but if I can buy it locally and pay 7 -20 bucks for a in store warrenty it a lot of times is cheaper than shipping from them.

I have been building computers since 1995 so I know online vs in town deals.

Note Next day air and Second day air cost less than 5-7 day ground in Fairbanks Alaska.

That saved money could have gone to get a new (and better model) replacement if something dies after the original manufacturer warranty dies.
In this case I ended up getting a model that was 100 dollars more than the original model. Also the Old model is no longer in store. Also I dont have a single dead pixal and the last 2 viewsonics I had 2-3 each.
