Multiple Display and Resolution issues

Ok I dont have any clue why this is happening I was trying to switch my Monitors around so that My Veiwsonic2235wm is on the left and my ViewsonicVX2000 is on the right. I am running 2 8800gt's Non-sli. Now for some messed up reason I cant get 1600x1200 resolution on my 22 inch the Veiwsonic2235wm. I have tried in the NVIDIA control panel, the Personalized display settings. I have uninstalled the software for the Monitor and tried to reinstall but it says its up to date. In the device manager it shows both monitors so I dont know what to do.

BTW I am running Vista

Update. It was the 22inch Viewsonic. it was over riding the other monitors options some how. It ended up going completely out and I got a better one.
