I had not really looked at the second tier of Blood at all.

I really like the cooldown reduction on Strangulate; it will help a lot in Arena.
Battlegrounds are my focus, but arena gets the better gear...
I don't see losing Desecration as being too terrible in battlegrounds; Howling Blast is AoE, spammed frequently, and does the snare thing too.
