How do you do the management of Horn of the winter buff? And other short duration buffs for your teams?

Sure thing it's only today that I had started to question the pro's and con's of blasting it off all the time. Maybe i'll just put it back in on CD.

The DK's have:
/castsequence reset=5 Horn of Winter,Null

On the same keybind, the Pally has:
/castsequence [@player] reset=5 Beacon of Light, Seal of Light, Blessing of Might, Null

I spam that key as my dismount key.
And periodically press it as well, things like just prior to pulling or Death Gripping, etc.
