Saving my profile + adding to it

I have my x4 mages set up ok so far and now i want to ad my priest to make it a 5 team.

1) How do i save my current profile for my mages so if i ruin something by experimenting I can revert back to the profile I had so i do not have to re do the whole profile again.
So basically having a copy backup of my existing profile

2) How do i add an extra toon my priest to my current team of 4 mages ? DO I need to run the wizard again and re do all my keymaps etc ? Or is there some easier way just adding in a 5th toon ?

Ok I added another charcter i filled in the battlenet info, sub, toon name etc, checked it numerous times and its all correct.

loaded my set and when the 5th window loads it has no battlenet info, I manually add it, log in and i add my 5th toon too my team through jamba but its not following, responding etc. basically the team doesnt recognise the 5th toon, how may i fix this pls ?
