Ok, I've dl keyclone, and begun running 2 on one pc. While already this is big ups from the way I was doing it, I'm having some finetuning/glitches that I need help with. Maximizer is not working, I've been letting the windows be tiled and that is ok, it's not optimal. I set up the regions, enabled, and snap to grid.

Do the regions have to be named for the active character? What else might I have missed?

Keyclone also won't launch both copies of wow, even though I've led them to the .exe for each. And maybe I've misread, but I thought it would.

I'm finding with the current tiled windows, my alt is forcing me to double click the numbers to get them to cast a spell. I think it might be dropping the command on the other window. It could be lag, but again, something I might have missed. Doing some looking at what's happening, both copies are requiring the multiple button pushes to get it to recognize the command on either copy. The second tile requires one more, for a total of about 3 clicks on average before an ability is recognized.

Same type of question per affinity, does affinity have to be specified per toon running or per acct? And if I just stay with two, will I have to change it each time I jump on a new alt?

Edit: Alright, another peg has been put in place, I've got the maximiser running as intended. Going to try the game this way and see how the rest is working

Keyclone is just that, keys, not mouse clicks. The reason why you need to click twice is because your clicking. Instead use the buttons on your keyboard and keyclone will do its job. Hope that helps and doesn't sound to condescending.

I say clicking, I mean pushing the buttons. I'm every encounter pushing buttons more than once for each ability. Even the 'main' is not receiving the push on first go-round.

Of course, both copies, I was beginning to think it was a hardware/graphic/ram issue somewhere in there. I'm going to try a new setup hopefully today, with a new computer.

You only have to press the mouse button twice the first time you go to a screen, once you clicked twice you can just use 1 mouse clicks ?

If so, this is normal and logical, since Windows can only have 1 screen active, so the first press can be any where in the screen just to activate the window.

actually, if you check 'focus follows mouse' on keyclone/setup/general... then you only have to click once. (personally, i really like that feature)

Ayup, I sometimes intermix terminology. And expressing what I mean isn't always coming through clearly. I'm not mouse clicking to do 'most' commands. I'm using the standard comes with wow action bars 1-=. 1 on the clone is follow, 2 is assist. I'm just learning to set up bongos2, so I'm still chipping away at all the stuff that goes with this. I do appreciate the help. I do think it is/was a hardware issue. I'm hoping to solve it. NOw, I got duo box going, one pc has vertical split, while the other pc is trying horizontal split. On either machine, and both have focus follows mouse (WAIT Focus follows mouse means whatever window I mouseclick, becomes the 'main'?) I thought that had to do with the clone and like assist/follow stuff. I'm sorry, i feel/seem retarded, but some of this stuff, I'm reading the tutorial, and it says to do something, but I'm completely missing what it is I'm doing, why i'm doing it.

Back to what I'm trying to explain. BOTH PC's it's doing the exact same multiple button push problem. Push eg: lightnign bolt. Push 1 hear a sound like it can't be cast/is already casting. Push 2, screen '1' starts casting. Push3, 2nd screen begins casting. The 'clone' is always a 1/16 to 1/10 a second behind the 'main'. I hope this is a bit more clearer, on what I'm seeing happen. One theory I have is it's actually working, but graphically, it's catching up. And that would explain the can not or already casting that spell sound I'm hearing? One person wrote, you see the clone(s) jumping a half second behind, but they're actually all jumping at once. That kind of thing?

My other theory is that my video/ram/processor aren't up to snuff, and that is requiring the multiple pushing of buttons. Now, as long as each command I try to give I push the button 3 times, it works like a charm. This is obviously an issue with 3 button each command, in relating to speed and doing instances, ie being viable/working.



And Notes, thanks, while it's obvious to maybe everyone else. I was under the impression that there was a seamless integration using keyclone, I didn't realize there was an active and passive window. That explains the cursor bouncing, when I tried to use the non-active, clone's window.

Again, the replies and info are appreciated, as they were large planes flying over my head, I just couldn't see them.
