What am i doing wrong. For some reason when i setup a feed they are super blurry. Like very low res that has been enlarged.
What can i do to fix this?

Like Khatovar's link says, it is because your high res is being shrunk to low res and then the low res is being enlarged for your feed :P
The latest version of ISBoxer (currently 38.2.310.1) includes a Window Layout style in the wizard called Stacked full screen, which is ideal for video feed usage. You can replace the other windows with feeds like I've set up in my UI: http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=1132
It's pretty sweet once you get it set up how you want
