Honor (really hard for me to spell it this way because I'm Australian :P) on the scoreboard includes bonus honor for those doing random BGs or weekend BGs. If you are not doing random or this is not your first B win of the day on a random or weekend then this will explain much of the discrepancy.
Otherwise honor in all battlegrounds works the same. Honor from achievement of any goals (such as burning towers, killing Galv or achieveing resource targets) is shared among all of the active players in the battleground at that time.
Honor for HKs is shared between the players that contributed to that particular kill and how much they contributed. I am not sure how this is worked out for healers but if you solo kill an opposition player you will generally get more honor than you will in a group. In this case I will find that although I may have the same number of HKs as another player, if they have done more overall damage, they may have slightly more honor.
If there is a big discrepancy however, it will most likely be the 90 points you get for your first random for the day compared to your own 45 points for subsequent wins or less if you queued for AV specifically rather than random.
PS: no bonus honor for tower takers/defenders, flag cappers/returners etc. unfortunately. Might have a few more productive BGs if this were the case...
Also my 2c on playing AV is that quick losses are better than slow wins :P I know defending galv is fun occasionally but honor per hour is better if you finish games quickly; ideally winning but otherwise losing. Note this is only the case if you are doing it as random or bonus. Also generally at sub maximum level, it is tough to get quick games as the end bosses are comparatively harder for lower teams to kill. Knowing you generally do things well, I assume you are in one of these latter situations
