mages + priest group question

To all running a team of mage priest + 4 mages, how can you kill bosses without a tank?

What my esteemed comedian colleague is trying to say is, it's VERY difficult, and most bosses cannot be killed without some sort of damage absorption. The fact that you are only cloth wearers means that unless the boss is damage type specific (for example, the caster chick in the Kael'thas fight, that only ranged attacks), you won't do very well.

That's also what leads to the vast majority of folks playing Shaman (much better damage mitigation than clothies) and some switching in a Paladin. A warrior would be optimal for bosses due to spell reflection and the threat they can pour out. Druids are also a nice one to have due to how they deal with crushing blows (although the mechanics for that class are unknown to me).

I play 3 mages and a lock, i jstu get a healer to heal me and then tank it with my mage, ther normals on a mage with 1000 armor they hit for abut 1500 MAX! (unless ther special mobs) and if your healer cant heal that then you shud replace himm

Hey Sanix, a Priest with 4 mages is a PvP group. You can do SOME pve content through "creative kiting" and just sheer "Kill them before they kill you" mentality.

I only run my 4 mages 1 priest gorup for pvp. For PvE, I switch out a mage with a warrior, thus allowing me to complete pretty much any content I can get to
