I fly over the edge (Amberpine Lodge) and grab the daily overlooking the area with alliance/horde npc's.
Basically just apply a dot to each horde npc in the area, running along not even stopping.
Then run back towards the NPC, to turn the quest in.
The NPC's kill each other, and one dot is enough for kill credit.

I fly (epic flyers on all teams) north to the area where the pieces are on the ground.
I only take three quests here.
Bandage friendlies, kill hostiles and collect parts.

I initially ignore hostiles and friendlies and concentrate on the parts.
Just basically run a big circuit, and collect everything, PiP swapping as necessary so nothing is wasted.
Probably average three circuits to finish for everyone, sometimes need a fourth.

Anytime there are 3+ friendly NPC's in the same general area, I have each toon banadage a different one.
Also do this, in a few places (like the south area by the river) where one can break follow and bandage one NPC, while the others run up and get the gear and spring, then come back down.

Once three of the toons are complete and I'm working on #4 and #5, I kill the horde NPC's.
Then do turn ins, and hearth to Amberpine Lodge.

Four dailies for me, versus nine for you.
That would be the time disparity.
