Default Warrior - Druid in BGs

OK I know this is a horrid combination to attempt, especially in a situation that requires so much careful control like Battlegrounds.

However, it's the combo I'm stuck with for a little while. The warrior is so poorly geared that battleground Honor is the only real hope for her anymore and I don't want to stop accruing Honor on the druid just to gear up the warrior solo.

I'm waiting on a priest to hit 61 and pair up with my warlock...that'll be sweet.

Anyway, looking for tips to make the Warrior/Druid combo a little more doable. So far, I've been able to stealth the druid to hide until it's time to heal, and heal the warrior while the warrior tries to kill things, and it's working decently but not optimal.

I'm new to all this and reading as much as I can, but most of the tips are for "like" classes (all ranged or all melee) if not same class groupings.

I take it this combination is just too scary for BGs? I've already discovered that I need to relegate myself to defending a node and I need to rework some of my keyclone options so I can break follow before engaging the enemy (healer in the thick of the melee is NOT a good thing).

Perhaps I'll keep experimenting and report here on what works...

My brother plays a druid not dual box just plain single mode.

His instant cast heals are keybound as follows:
    Mousewheel scroll up: Renew
    Mousewheel scroll down: Lifebloom
    Mousewheel push in: Swiftmend

I'm assuming you're fighting with your warrior main, and the healer as side kick on follow. You're going to be limited to the instant cast heals above unless you pause to heal (which i dont recommend unless you're snared/rooted only). Try those mouse bindings out, I'd imagine they aren't bound to do anything for your warrior. That way you can multitask in your head easier. Keyboard=warrior / mousewheel=druid heals. I really don't know much as I'm a beginner myself, but hope it helps.

Oh get used to dieing as a warrior in BGs that's what they do best. :S

I've been playing warrior/hunter, warrior/warlock, warrior/shaman but performance wise the companions aren't performing at optimal levels (yet, I'm still learning).

From what i'm gathering so far in my own experience, contrary to the opinion warriors need heals to perform well, for a dual box setup, it may be more efficient to run a dps sidekick instead of a healer. The burst damage of warriors is already amazing, why not pair more damage with damage?

    IMHO, resto sham > druid.

SoE totem, WF totem, EShield, Earthshock for extra interupt, grounding totem....

AV = honor, all the other's suck unless it's their weekend. With the changes to AV, I don't ever kill more than 20 people unless I'm on Defense.
Plus killing mobs = no dispel = EZ mode. My .02.

*Assume HORDE* Try running AV and go straight to Bal with your Warrior/Druid. From Bal go cap the West tower. From West tower your on Van and GG.
The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving. It saves on introductions and goodbyes.
