Question about new Round Robin Check Box

I was curious, if we use the round-robin check box on a key map, what order will it round robin in?

Slot Order? Alphabetical? What if the target is an action target group (melee) that contains lots of characters?

Also, if we use the "reset to step 1 after 10 seconds" or "do not advance for 3 seconds" will that work the same as before? Even though we don't really have the steps explicitly laid out?
