How to configure client windows

Hi,

I saw the client window setup on Dual-Box Setup - For the Horde!
and was wondering how to change the window sizes to custom like that.

Windows seems to enforce proportional width and height when one or the other is changed in windowed mode
and wow does not support such resolutions...
