Fire Nova takes a huge amount of mana as well. Usually after the second Fire Nova I drop, that is it for the fights.

For n00bs like myself, can you explain this in more detail? What is forcing the rogues to pop CoS in the 1st place?

Hitting them with anything will usually get them to pop it. I usually use 4x any type of shock.

As a former rogue, traditionally we are button smashers, if we take a big hit we start taking action to avoid it again... I never got 70th on my rogue but I know it wasn't uncommon for people to force me to pop my tools early in a fight because the faster a rogue can burn down a target, the more likely they will win... they aren't designed for endurance and survival, they are designed to stab shit, hard.
