ISboxer : Point of View Changes when window swapping.

Hey yall, think this may be an ISboxer issue as I only encountered this after updating. My point of view will change on the main and slaves when ever I swap windows. I play in 3rd person mode, and when I swap over to a slave and come back, the camera will be positioned directly above the main and all the slaves. I put it where I want it, swap and come back and it resets back to being directly above the toons. I use the mouse to swap between windows, could that be an issue?

Go into your Window Layout and change the "When I click to focus a game window" option to "Ignore the click"
