Grid - click healing your team in bgs - issue

I use click healing with grid/clique. I have my group layout huge like in some of the arena videos on here. Thenproblem with that is when i go into a bg, the grid takes up almost my entire field of view. I tried reloading my layout and that put my toons back at the top but the rest of the raid was gigantic. When you raid or do bgs are you forced to create two profiles, one for 5man and one for 6+ people?

How can i fix this problem?

My custom layout is:
ToonFirst,ToonMiddle,ToonLast;NAME
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8;8/5;NAME;NR

You can configure how tall and wide your Grid Frames should be.
A full 40-man BG covers roughly a third, or maybe slightly more than that, of the horizontal space on my screen.

I use the in-game GUI key to bring up the console.
Then drag (re-size) my Repeater Region, to cover the entire raid.
Sync, Save, and close the GUI.
