Do collection quests drop for the whole group?
Almost all of the Collection Quests will drop for the whole group. I think there was only 1 that didn't and it is one of the first 3 Guardian Quests, in the nub area.

How do you setup focus/follow in ISBoxer?
Lax has a guide. With creative use of the Mouse Repeater function, it takes about 20 mins. Once set up for 1 char, you can import to other chars ON THE SAME SHARD (server). If you start on a new server, you will have to set it up all over again.

How do you accept quests with multiple characters? (click quest giver -> accept quests x 4 or is there an easier way?)
Using Mouse Repeater, unfortunately. A little practice will have you accepting quests like a Jamba maniac in no time.

Edit: And if you plan to multibox multiple accounts, do you need multiple e-mails in order to be able to in?
You need 1 Email Account per RIFT Account. The Email is your Login ID.
