Doesnt really matter as when you move up to 12Gb+ you are looking at running the ram at 1333mhz (only a handful of boards/ram support 1600mhz at this level)

looks like it - you will probably get a good deal on 1366 systems, as most will be looking at 1156 (sandy bridge)

any GTX580 will work - don't bother with overclocked versions, you can overclock yourself with MSI afterburner.
GTX 570's are worth looking at as they are getting very good reviews
