If a character needs healing, ill pop word of glory on it regardless of how many charges a paladin has.

1 charge on 1 paladin is 12-13k healing, so 3 charges x4 rets is 150k, which is always overkill.

1 charge of Holy power per pally per 4 sec, but divine purpose still gives 30% chance for every ability to give a free holy power ability worth 3 charges, which is the true source of healing capability, since this effect is rarely used for offense.

This will basically take my maybe 1-2 heals per sec down to only 4 every 20 sec.
