I accidentally declined a storyline mission last night. It was a courier mission so my natural reaction was "decline!". Then I realised it was storyline....

Will I be able to go back to the agent and get the quest again?

I looked up blockade runners and don't really feel like dumping 90m isk on one, still need to get that Orca.

Another thing, these l1 missions I'm "grinding" wouldn't so bad if docking/undocking/warping/acceleration gating didn't take so long! I spend more time doing mundane stuff like that, than spent in actual combat.

Once you hit decline it's gone - good news is that courier missions aren't worth as much in terms of faction standing gain so you didn't lose out all that much

I use blockade runners a lot they're _very_ fast for courier missions (warp speed of 9 AU/s as compared to frigs with 3 AU/s) and can cloak to hide

Also watch out for storyline missions that are part of a chain (e.g. 1 of 3, etc) - only the last one gives the faction standing gain so it's easy to decline the earlier ones without realising
