Not working, new rig. Sent an email.. no reply.
Hey, I was using Keyclone some time ago but went afk for about a year, then picked it up again in november. With a new rig I thought I'd better send a mail to inform that the code has to be refreshed. I did a search on my email account and found that I had done the same once in the past.
So I sent a message to Keyclone with information. But it's been I think a month and I haven't received a reply. Did I miss something.. perhaps there's a new way to do this? I've tried sending another PM in case the last one got lost in translation. Also tried transferring the license via the button that pops up where it says license has expired.. but i just get an error message saying that I should send an email to keyclone@soldice.com - well, I guess I'll send the PM I just sent to that email address. If this isn't correct procedure, please inform me what I need to do.
