also I am not sure you would even need to water cool a 2600k, just buy a great air cooler and overclock it
unless you are doing some "extreme benching", water cooling is not worth it these days for cpu's. Video cards are another story, but most of them can be cooled with air. I would go water cooling only if you want a silent running computer

as for the SSD question, doesn't the c300s have a native GC (garbage collection) on the drive firmware that performs the trim like functions? Also I am not sure if this has changed or it was a intel SSD limitation, but if you raid SSD's, don't you forfeit trim/GC because of the drives are in a raid?
