Go into the repeater regions.
You might need to delete your existing repeater region and make a new one.

The changes you want, are to have the healer/healers in an Action Target Group.
And to use that ATG as the target of the repeater action.
So the clicks and such only broadcast/repeat to the healer.
Then ensure you have KVM mode checked, which blocks the click for the local client.

If the local client is a healer, they receive the click via the Repeater Region.
If the local client is the tank, they don't receive the click because they're not in the ATG and because of KVM they don't get the local click either.
