Resilience Determining addon

Anyone know of an addon to determine targets resilience? I know there have been a few bad ones in the past.

If not, I just realized one could easily (for those that know how to make addons) by monitoring Necrotic Strike's Debuff, and comparing it to the tooltip. Since the debuff immediately after applying will show the value of the debuff, you could divide it by the value it was supposed to apply, and subtract that from 1 to get the % mitigation from resilience.

If anyone knows how to make addons, this would be a great resource for anyone that PvPs with atleast 1 DK in the team...

I find that healthpools are a very basic monitor for that.if someone has 125k+ hp unbuffed, he's decked out in pvpgear. Below 120k in maybe several pieces or else pve gear.
