Have you installed the Jamba addon in your WoW addon folder?

I'll be honest and I mean this in the most constructive way possible - part of the skillset of being a boxer is to learn how to do stuff on your own or to be able to digest all the free open information on your own. If you need 1 on 1 guidance... then boxing *may* not be for you. There are some REALLY awesome guides on here that if you go through step by step, it's more than sufficient to get you going.

That said - who knows, maybe someone on here has the time for one-on-one guidance. It's my opinion, if you haven't spent more than 10 hours on your own with ISBoxer and following guides, forums, and the wiki, then you still need to do that. This is coming from someone who only started 5 boxing less than 3 months ago - so I know for sure the guides are up-to-date, etc.

I would consider looking over the guides again and actually do every step to get a better understanding of how ISBoxer works.

For your initial issue - it sounds like you have broadcasting turned on - which is why your guys are running in different directions when you go to control one toon. In the upper left hand corner are some toggles that you can mess with to get a better understanding of what each does, but when turned on, if you press "W" to move forward, it will broadcast "W" to your other toons as well forcing them to run in whatever direction they are facing.

This is not what you want. You want only one toon to move and you want the others to /follow your main toon. That is the best starting advice I can give for now.

If you go with IS Boxer, which you had indicated in another thread...

    Run the wizard.
That gets you a basic and functional interface.

Drag your spells/abilities onto "1" or "2" etc.
    When you push "1".
    No macros needed...
Each of the slaves will auto assist the main/active toon.
And all of them will do whatever you have on the "1" key.

Just make sure the IS Boxer addon is enabled for all toons.

I'm not sure of all the default commands.
But the quickstart guide will have the command for Follow.
And another to auto invite all members of your team.
    That will get you started.

You would want to play with Repeater disabled but Keymaps enabled.
As your default state with IS Boxer.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

What have you done so far shortie19? You've installed ISBoxer/Inner Space & Jamba, and you have run the quick wizard in ISBoxer and export the results to Inner Space, and then started the game from Inner Space?

    More detail would be great.

Yes I have did exactly that and followed Ualaa's guide to setup isboxer

First, here is a link to melee help from Ualaa

    Some basic things...

Since you have two of the same classes (and in my opinion probably THE worst for boxing), make sure their abilities are on identical buttons. EX: dont have sinister strike on '1' on toon A and '8' on toon B. Arguably identical abilities on mismatched keys is useful later but not at your level.

Make sure when you run the isboxer wizard that you check the box where it asks you if you want it to manage jamba. I think its on by default, but just check to be sure. i also check the auto follow on window switch - you can disable this any ti e in game via jamba.

Since youre boxing melee you have to set up an Interact With Target key. There are posts and guides on here aboout this. I peraonally use the / key but a better chooice might be ~ or caps lock if you dont have a keyboard with programmable keys. If you still want to box melee then you need to set up some other stuff to get it to work well. Again, there are posts about this.

When you log into the game for the first time, make sure youre logging the proper toon into the correct copy of wow. Logging B into what isboxer thinks is A's window will cause problems with jamba, especially with follow.

The first time you log in, set up jamba on what will be your leader. Set every option then go back to the first jamba tab and Push settings for all the modules. Go to the team tab and click invite. Close jamba. Switch to a slave. Move around and see if the leader follows. Switch to the master. See if the slave follows. (alt-f) is the default follow command.

Finally, choose a different class. Seriously, boxing is much easier to learn with a ranged team. I would start with warlocks. Casters let you learn isboxer and jamba in bite sized increments instead of having to figure it out all at one time with an all melee team. With casters, you follow the wizard and youre pretty much good to go. Melee is more advanced.
