Default Should i replace a toon with the upcoming changes?

Well, as of now i currently run a team of:

    - Protadin
    - Resto druid
    - Arcane / Fire mage(depends on encounter
    - Destruction Warlock
    - Elemental Shaman

With the changes to the Priest Shield, in the upcoming patch it will absorb 208% more than currently which makes it a hell of a lovely ability to use for multiboxing in my opinion. Imagine that, 30 000k absorb on each character, talk about AoE damage absorb...

The question is, which one of my toons am i to replace for this priest. I do prefer having the priest as disc dps/offheal or shadow dps. This is due to the fact that i like having a druid who can be on the run but keep healing.

Any words of wisdom from the elders?

They are also increasing the mana cost of PW: Shield so there's no way you can spam it on your group without running out of mana super fast. You know they are also buffing resto druids aoe healing so i would wait before making any changes on your setup for now.

Yeah, i've taken that part into consideration aswell.

As far as i am aware the cost is increased by 31% which would at 85 generate a cost of around 5000 mana?

However, even as a shadowpriest spec, you could still absorb just as much with it as with disc spec since the improved shield is in the first tier?

The character i've been most concerned about is the mage, if it wouldn't be replaceable by a shadowpriest?

And in regards to the druid healing buff, wasn't it just the (crappy) Wild Growth cooldown that was lowered by 2 seconds?
Would like to see some increased numbers on it.. Currently ticks for 700 down to 500 for me approx which is utterly crap if you ask me. Perhaps it change significant at 85?

Oh well, just throwing some thoughts out

Wild Growth healing has been increased by 30%, and the cooldown has been reduced to 8 seconds, down from 10.

And Rejuv mana cost is reduced slightly so you can use it more often.

Oh yeah, WG is a cheap aoe spell which you can and should use on every cd especially if your group will take dmg.

I too believe that you should not make any changes yet. I play my priest as discipline sometimes and I can tell you that you will not see the DPS that your lock is outputting now. Which means you will probably have to bring the priest as shadow if you want to keep up the damage, and shadow priests will not shield as well

Theres no harm in experimenting though

Keep us posted on what you decide

While a priest, or in particular a Disc priest might be a bit better after the changes...
Not sure that they're going to be strong enough to replace an existing toon on a working team.
If you already have a similar level/geared toon, it doesn't hurt to sub them in.

But I wouldn't go that far out of the way, to change the team up.
If it isn't broken, it doesn't need to be fixed.
