Im having frame rate issues, is it because of the new cata content ? I wotlk I could use 5 boxed toons, im struggling now with 4, frame rates are all over the place, barely moveable in the citys and im not on a big popped realm. I can play for short times then frame rate just literally dies and i need to force a reboot.

Only addons I have on are isboxer/jamba and titan panel, I thought maybe using alt f and alt shift f alot might haev freaked it out seems when i press alt a fair bit funnily enough
